Holding structures – as the instrument of increase efficiency of a management of a machine-building complex enterprises

On the basis of the last decades analysis of Russia machine-building complex development the author comes to conclusion, that one of ways of stabilization the industry development is caused by direct participation of the machine-building structure enterprises in creation of new market subjects – a different sort business of alliances, and first of all holding companies.
     However, for realization of their basic advantage – increases of the interconnected enterprises group competitiveness, at the present stage the most important problem is development of estimation methods of efficiency and management organizational -economical and, primarily financial stability of the organization of this type.
