Subject. This article focuses on the industry as a factor in ensuring Russia's economic growth and social stability in the face of investment and technological restrictions.
Objectives. The study aims to analyze the results of Russia's industrial adaptation under long-term international sanctions, identify emerging trends, and substantiate promising areas for the country's industrial development.
Methods. For the study, I used the methods of comparative analysis and statistical data generalization.
Results. The article highlights the main factors that ensured industrial development and production growth in Russia after 2022, and assesses the contribution of sectors related to the military-industrial complex to the growth of the country's manufacturing sector.
Conclusions. The institutions established to support industrial development before 2022 have contributed to the steady growth of industrial production and maintained social stability. However, the economy's reliance on sectors related to the military-industrial complex has had a negative impact on civilian production. Additional measures are required to support Russia's industrial development.
