Subject. This article focuses on the effective management of investment projects as the main tool for the development and enhancement of enterprise competitiveness. Objectives. The study aims to propose theoretical, methodological foundations and practical recommendations for managing an investment project in a high-tech enterprise. Methods. For the study, I used methods of systemic and structural-functional analysis, classification, and systematization. Results. The article presents the system of organizational and economic mechanisms, allowing for the justified selection of priority management mechanisms. It also highlights mechanisms for managing knowledge and innovations, developing project competencies, adaptive planning, and management. Conclusions. The work formulates practical recommendations for the implementation of the specified mechanisms, taking into account the level of technological maturity of the enterprise and the stage of the investment project's life cycle. The conclusions reached confirm the feasibility of a comprehensive approach to managing investment projects at high-tech enterprises.
