Subject. This article focuses on the tools for assessing the effectiveness of the high-performance labor motivation mechanism for personnel. Objectives. The study aims to reveal the interaction and determine the effectiveness of the implementation and functioning of the constituent elements of the personnel management motivation mechanism in organizations. Methods. For the study, I used the methods of synthesis, induction, deduction, and abstraction, as well as dialectical and systemic analyses, comparison, and generalization. Results. The article proposes an approach to determining performance indicators from the implementation of a motivational mechanism for personnel management in organizations. Conclusions. The obtained results provide additional opportunities in the procedure for calculating labor productivity growth, personnel reduction as a result of bringing the actual characteristics of multi-criteria personnel activation indicators to normative levels, and the economic effect of applying the motivational mechanism.
