Subject. This article focuses on the formation of tools for evaluating the effectiveness of human resource management. Objectives. The article aims to develop a methodological approach to improving the personnel management efficiency assessment system. Methods. For the study, I used the methods of analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, abstraction, comparison, generalization, as well as systemic and dialectical methods. Results. The article offers an approach to the definition of individual, group, and integral indicators. It also recommends to use five gradations corresponding to the Harrington nomogram typical intervals. Conclusions. The results obtained can assist in improving the mechanism for assessing the personnel management effectiveness. This allows achieving the strategic goals of the organization and enhancing the effectiveness of its personnel management.
