Subject. This article discusses the consolidated budgets revenues of the Ural Federal District regions from 2018 to 2024. Objectives. The article aims to calculate the coefficients for assessing the financial condition of the consolidated budgets of the District in the context of external challenges. Methods. For the study, we used statistical and graphical methods, including absolute and relative indicators, and coefficients of the budgets financial condition at different levels. Results. The article conducts calculations of budget coefficients to assess the solvency and budgets independence of the Ural Federal District regions and the macro-region as a whole in 2018–2024. Conclusions. The consolidated budgets revenues of the regions demonstrated relative stability and adaptability despite external economic challenges. The regional indicators of the financial condition exceeded the national averages.
