Subject. This article discusses organizational, sectoral, and technological aspects of ensuring the economic security of agricultural holdings in the context of digital transformation. Objectives. The article aims to develop and justify an effective risk management system for agricultural holdings, taking into account industry-specific features, and create a formalized toolkit for assessing and monitoring risks. Methods. For the study, we used the methods of expert assessment, financial modeling, and data analysis from various sources. Results. The article reveals a risk management system for the economic security of agricultural holdings with a risk passport as its central element. Conclusions. The developed risk management system increases sustainability and competitiveness of agricultural holdings. The proposed toolkit and organizational model contribute to the adoption of informed management decisions and the optimization of resource provision.
