Modeling the economic security state of non-ferrous metallurgy enterprises

Subject. This article considers new approaches to managing economic security in non-ferrous metallurgy enterprises.
Objectives. The article aims to assess the economic security of non-ferrous metallurgy enterprises with dynamic threshold values of key indicators.
Methods. For the study, we used the normative and dynamic approaches, systems analysis of financial indicators, and expert assessments.
Results. The practical testing of the proposed model on the MMC Norilsk Nickel allowed to identify the company's current risks and forecast the potential threats' impact on financial stability.
Conclusions. The proposed predictive model provides a tool for diagnosing existing problems and implementing preventative management decisions.
