Subject. This article discusses contradictions in the Russian and world labor markets. Objectives. The article aims to conduct a detailed analysis of the contradictions to be in the labor market in 2025. Methods. For the study, we used scientific abstractions, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, systems and integrated approaches. Results. The article reveals and analyzes the main issues of the labor market: disparity in wage levels, shortage of highly skilled personnel et al. Conclusions. The results of the research may help overcome the problems of the Russian labor market at the present stage.
