Multilevel tools to stabilize the financial sustainability of small and medium-sized enterprises in a sanctioned economy

Subject. This article focuses on Toolkit for stabilizing the financial sustainability of small and medium-sized enterprises of Russia.
Objectives. The article aims to summarize the tools for stabilizing the financial sustainability of small and medium-sized enterprises in the context of sanctioned economy.
Methods. For the study, I used general scientific methods: analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction, and classification.
Results. The article reveals a multi-level toolkit for financial capacity stabilizing of organizations. It also discusses techniques to mitigate the risks at enterprises producing mineral fertilizers and nitrogen compounds in the Volga Federal District of the Russian Federation.
Conclusions. Reducing the risks of financial insolvency for enterprises and ensuring the ability to withstand the risks of sanctioned economy are important socioeconomic challenges for the Russian Federation.
