Subject. This article discusses the issues of international integration and increased competition in various industries.
Objectives. The article aims to develop proposals for the modernization of various management models and tools.
Methods. For the study, I used a comparative analysis.
Results. The article highlights the main models of strategic alliance management and presents a developed hybrid management model, taking into account the specifics of alliances. It also describes the tools used in management processes and determines the key criteria for assessing the effectiveness of these tools.
Conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it is possible to develop new management models and adjust the existing models to the needs and specifics of management objects.
