Subject. This article discusses the issues of attracting new customers, improving consumer loyalty, and creating a favorable reputation in the market.
Objectives. The article aims to analyze the contribution of pulp and paper enterprises to solving environmental problems.
Methods. For the study, we used the general scientific research methods.
Results. The article describes tools pulp and paper industry enterprises use to implement the environmental agenda.
Conclusions. Companies are developing new environmental projects that are of ever-growing interest to the Russian population.
