Subject. This article discusses the issues of regulating the volume of money supply.
Objectives. The article aims to analyze the changes in some macro-financial indicators.
Methods. For the study, I used a correlation and regression analysis.
Results. The article finds that the volume of loans granted to organizations, individuals and credit institutions exceeds the volume of deposits of individuals and funds of legal entities attracted by credit institutions. The article also reveals a significant increase in the debt of the non-financial sector and households.
Conclusions. The critical growth in the volume of the federal loan bond market and the real interest rate indicates the implementation of the main provisions of modern monetary theory.
