Subject. This article discusses the issues of formation of Industry 5.0.
Objectives. The article aims to determine the specific features of Management 5.0 model and develop a system of indicators to assess the effectiveness of managers' activities in the context of the digital transformation of the industrial sector of the economy.
Methods. For the study, we used a comparative analysis.
Results. The article describes the key features of Management 5.0.
Conclusions and Relevance. In the context of Industry 5.0, in order to assess the effectiveness of managers, it is necessary to take into account the level of digital maturity of the enterprise, the profitability of innovations, environmental sustainability, and the development of human capital in addition to economic indicators. The results of the study can be used when developing strategies for managing industrial enterprises in the context of digitalization of the economy.
