Methodological approaches to exploring the resilience of the regional economic system as a basis for sustainable development management in modern realities
Subject. The article addresses features of the regional economic system functioning in conditions of instability. Objectives. The purpose is to develop organizational and economic mechanism for managing the sustainable development of the region. Methods. We employed general scientific research methods. Results. We propose a three-dimensional model of sustainable development management of the region, which considers natural, industrial, financial, demographic factors affecting the economic system, economic development strategies, and the legislative framework. Conclusions. Practical application of our own developments in the assessment of stability of the regional economic system will ensure the sustainability of the country's economy as a whole.
