Economic security of the region and the state and their management: Concept, structure, crisis conditions

Subject. The article is devoted to strengthening Russia's economic security in the face of sanctions.
Objectives. The purpose is to determine the relationship between the concepts of "economic security of the State", "economic security of the region", "management of economic security of the State", and "management of economic security of the region".
Methods. We employ abstract-logical and monographic research methods.
Results. The paper clarifies static and dynamic characteristics of the studied concepts, presents our own definitions, taking into account the diversity of economic conditions of Russian regions’ development.
Conclusions. The findings can be used to elaborate measures to ensure a balance of interests of regions and the center.
