Subject. We consider problems of improving the efficiency of enterprises.
Objectives. The focus is on making recommendations for enhancing the efficiency of human resource management system of the organization to ensure its innovative development.
Methods. The study employs general scientific research methods.
Results. We established that to improve the efficiency of HR management system, modern companies should review the list of requirements for employees. In a digitalized society, the formation of a cloud-based personnel management system is essential.
Conclusions. Staff development is the most important task of any successful company.
