Subject. This article discusses the issues of organization of the teaching and learning process at a higher education institution.
Objectives. The article aims to find methods to increase the involvement of students in the learning experiences, to ensure a better assimilation of learning support materials.
Methods. For the study, I used a comparative analysis and generalization.
Results. The article identifies factors that are important for students regarding their involvement in the training process at a higher education institution.
Conclusions. The results of the study may be of interest to the developers of training courses and be used to optimize the teaching and learning process at a higher education establishment.
