Implementation of Russian national IT projects within the framework of the concept of digital transformation of Russian regions

Subject. The article considers specific features of the implementation of Russian national projects in the field of information technology.
Objectives. The purpose is to examine factors that can both contribute to and hinder successful implementation of Russian national IT projects.
Methods. The study draws on general scientific research methods.
Results. The paper presents the results of work of Russian digital services in 2021–2022, formulates the most in-demand online services in Russia, highlights promising areas for the implementation of national IT projects.
Conclusions. It is crucial to eliminate legal barriers that impede the development of artificial intelligence technologies on Russian information platforms. An important task in the field of digitalization of the economy is the development and implementation of Russian software.
