Subject. We address the problem of development and implementation of effective measures to increase the enterprise competitiveness.
Objectives. The study aims to optimize digital innovative technologies implementation in various areas of organization's activities.
Methods. The study draws on methods of SWOT and STEP analyses.
Results. We propose an algorithm for development and implementation of digital innovations in enterprise activities.
Conclusions. In the context of digitalization of the modern economy, organizations need to consider potential threats and risks associated with the external environment.
