Subject. The study addresses prospects for the growth of industrial production in Russia in the face of sanctions.
Objectives. The purpose is to search for the best way to increase the industrial and financial capacity of Russia’s regions.
Methods. We employ general scientific research methods.
Results. We considered State programs to support industry, defined the procedure for selecting and evaluating investment projects, proved the necessity of financing the most promising projects from Federal and regional funds.
Conclusions. The government authorities may use the findings when developing and implementing measures aimed at support to industrial enterprises.
