Importance The article studies the tools and mechanisms of public corporations' functioning in the public investment system ensuring the technological modernization and development of high-tech industries and public corporations. Objectives The paper aims to form a complex of measures aimed at improving the mechanism for the development of State-owned corporations in the high-tech sector. Methods For the study, we used the methods of theoretical and empirical analysis. Results We propose a set of measures to improve the investment framework which ensures the associated development of Government-owned corporations and industries of high-tech sector of the economy. Conclusions The introduction of such a mechanism is bilateral in nature, and it optimizes not only the investment process inside the Government-owned corporation, but also the interaction of the corporation with private investors and enterprises within its own branches.
