Importance Currently, the innovative level of national economy determines the place any country takes in the global system. Thus, it is important to analyze key areas for international cooperation between China, Russia and the USA in high-tech production. The research focuses on economic relations arising from the developing cooperation and interaction among China, USA and Russia in innovation.
Objectives The research pursues the effective foreign trade policies of China through the development of international cooperation between the U.S. and Russian companies in high-tech production.
Methods The article analyzes the key formats and tools of international cooperation in innovation; determines principal trends in cooperation between China, USA and Russia; identifies and substantiates paths for developing the cooperation between these countries in high-tech industries.
Results Having analyzed the foreign trade relations of China, USA and Russia, we formulated proposals and recommendations to improve the interaction of China with the above countries in high-tech production.
Conclusions and Relevance We believe the Chinese innovation will develop rapidly and take the lead in the global market. China will be able to boost a high-tech growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with the USA and Russia in this area.
