The role of motivation in effective companies

Importance The article focuses on contemporary issues and motivation considerations. Various nations have their own understanding of people's motivation. Issues of encouraging the personnel are regarded in line with the company's performance indicators, its income and expenses, headcount, geographical location and political regime in the country. Every employee has his/her own priorities and values.
     Objectives The research defines what motivation stands for referring to the staff motivation principles, investigates what successful employers may offer their employees as a social security package. Any company should pursue improving the standard of living for its employees and their families.
     Methods We point out some issues that should be studied by those employees who are in charge of staff motivation and incentives. Based on their replies, we prepare the preference matrix and articulate principles for encouraging each employee in particular. The research applies such general scientific methods as analysis and synthesis, detailed elaboration and generalization, historical, logic and systems approaches.
     Results The research unveils the notion of motivation and provides practical advice. The total benefits employees obtain contribute to team building, and eliminate reasons for any conflicts between the employer and employees. Staff turnover is an important indicator for any business. The article sets forth practical recommendations on the ways to avoid the situation and increase a variety of contenders seeking to fill in vacancies.
     Conclusions and Relevance We conclude that the adequate and appropriate business management style, combination and application of relevant motivation and incentives will help any business take the lead in its segment and reach good performance indicators coupled with its solid business reputation.
