Importance Current economic conditions determined by the high dynamics of changes in the environmental factors that directly affect the stability of the enterprise, and this greatly complicates the technology of making management decisions related to improving sustainability of the enterprise. In this regard, the issues of sustainability management and operation of enterprises, based on the analysis of the stability factors of the uncertainty of the external environment is very important. Objective The objective of this work is the analysis of factors affecting the stability of the functioning and development of the enterprise. Methods Used the Methodology of analysis of the dynamic equilibrium of the system the enterprise external environment and the analysis of the possibility of its violation by substantial modification of environmental factors. Results The factors external and internal environment affecting the stability of the functioning and development of the enterprise. It is shown that the task of maintaining the stability of the enterprise is in a state of dynamic equilibrium, is the transition to a new state of dynamic equilibrium after disturbance stability associated with changing environmental factors. The analysis of the impact of innovation processes on the stability of the enterprise and the possibility of ambiguous communication innovation and sustainability in resource poor settings. The scope of the results The results can be applied when managing the sustainability of the company. Conclusions and Relevance The conclusion about the necessity of analysis occurs when the innovative development of the enterprise changes the influence of environmental factors when assessing the impact of the proposed innovation on the stability of the enterprise, and theoretical and methodological approaches to management decisions on the implementation of certain innovations in the enterprise.
