Particularly, this new specifics lately has transformed labor migration into an object of close attention that underlies the relevance of designated subject.
Objectives The article attempts to provide the scientific characteristic of the global labor market and international labor migration, based on results of modern research of domestic and foreign scientists, and also proceeding from my own conceptual vision of perspectives for development of national labor market in the conditions of globalization.
Methods Radical provisions of the economic theory, and also the decisions made by public authorities on functioning of a labor market and the international labor migration form a methodological basis of the range of problems put forward in this paper. Thus, completely realizing the difficulties of considered problems, I sought to place emphasis on the analysis of studying modern theoretical, actual and statistical materials. The paper evaluates the extent of migration's influence on the labor market and population employment, and researches migration policy as a factor of labor market development.
