Importance In the conditions of dynamic development and constant transformations of the Russian business education, the search for effective communication models among its key elements becomes actual. According to an increasing demand and level of customer requirements, it is extremely important to develop technologies and instruments of interaction with target audiences of business schools.
Objectives The paper reveals and analyses the communication models in business education and conditions of their use.
Methods I consider the typological models of communication designed on the basis of the involved observation method. In the observation I acted as a participant (teacher) of business programs. I present an analysis of the communication models and interaction levels specifying the statuses and roles of the basic subjects, the context and results of joint educational activity. The paper identifies the following models of communication: classical academic, expert, situational and dynamic and "detached". I consider the communication activity at vertical and horizontal levels of interaction. I reveal the problems and contradictions while interacting with the participants of educational process and identify the conditions to increase the efficiency of business education.
Results It is possible to apply the communication schemes obtained during practical experience conceptualization in business education, taking into account their adaptation to specific programs and goals of educational interaction, characteristics of target audience and available resources.
Conclusions and Relevance My conclusion includes perspective areas of enhancing business education quality, which are connected with creating a multilevel system of interaction of the key participants. The multilevel system bases on the main psychological features of the trainee adults, their professional experience and communication potential, as well as corresponding personnel, resource, organizational and marketing support for training.
