Civilizational motivation of social and economic development: vision of a region

The article describes a problem, which motivates the revival of driving forces, which would enable Russia to shift from the current way of alternating recessions and stagnations to embarking on the road to development. The author focuses on the need to develop the ideological orientation of the long-term intentions of the development and measures aimed at achieving it in the foreseeable period of time. The paper points out that the image of distant motivation based on the humanization and socialization is the most appropriate for the peoples of Russia. In order to ensure the movement along the specified path it is necessary to make adjustments to the current local civilization to improve it in order to create favorable conditions for the revival of motivation conditions of revival of driving forces of development. The main measures of correction should be aimed at the improvement of the systems of economic and political development of the country and regions on the basis of the further development of democracy, the development of civil society and civic participation.
