Detection method of deviations in controlling system (the monitoring of the flight safety level)

The article proposes to use test cards as a tool to detecting deviations in controlling system. The authors discuss this proposal on the example of monitoring the flight safety level. The paper considers possibility to use a new indicator of flight safety level and new method of its monitoring in practice of airlines. The authors offer as an ERC indicator developed by ARMS' group, and as a method of its monthly and weekly monitoring i.e. method of cumulative sums.
