Factorial influence on evolution of the military conflicts in XX - the beginning of XXI centuries

The article considers the issues of evolution of the military conflicts in XX - the beginning of XXI of centuries which have two phases in the development: post-industrial and information. The authors reveal and analyze the major economic, political and military and technical factors which influenced and influence on the development of the military conflicts. The paper points out the main phases of evolution of the military conflicts in XX - the beginning of XX? of century.
