The article points out that Mongolia came to the forefront in the world in terms of economic development currently. GDP growth rate in 2012 was 25.8% (in the comparable price of 2005 - 12.3%) according to data of National Statistical Administration of Mongolia. The authors suppose that the gross domestic product of Mongolia will continue to grow such rates up to 2017. The paper emphasizes that the leading countries of the world: USA, Japan, People's Republic of China, Canada, Republic of Korea and other countries actively participate in the Mongolian external relations. The article reveals that the share of China accounts for over 90% of Mongolia's exports and imports to ?. All this is considerably connected with the deterioration of a world environment and loss of the Russian influence in Mongolia as a whole. The volume of the Russian-Mongolian trade has the generally extensive character and significantly depends on an environment and fluctuation in prices of oil products and mineral raw materials in the world markets. The authors discuss that at the present time the issues of the efficiency increase of the Mongolian and Russian trade and economic cooperation.
