Functional of service sphere in modern condition of Russian economy

The article notes that a key element of economic development, become services sector at all levels of the economy in modern conditions. The service sector is hyper sector of the economy which includes all kinds of services on commercial and social basis. The paper describes the main functions of services sector today.
