This article considers the technologies of arrangement and use of radical forms of social protest in political struggle. The problem of riot's technologies is essentially new to research. The author emphasizes relevance of this problem has become important again by the events connected with radical forms of a social protest and their use in political struggle in the countries of the former USSR, North Africa and the Middle East for the last decade.
