Ratio of constitutional laws of the personality to artificial interruption of pregnancy (abortion) in Russia and state safety in context of demographic crisis
The article examines compliance the principles and provisions of the Constitution of the Russian Federation of the current legislation of the Russian Federation, allowing abortion (abortion) and influence of this factor on the demographic situation in the country. The paper gives concrete proposals to change the existing legislation in this area, including the use of similar foreign experience. The author considers the theme from the point of view of history, political science, sociology, statistics, religion and practice on this issue in foreign countries.
