Features of ensuring competitiveness of defense industry complex in conditions of Russia joining to the World Trade Organization

The article describes the various groups of factors enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the defense industrial complex, among which has been highlighted by the innovative component for rapid response to changing market conditions, the structural and functional transformation. Characterized by internal and external aspects of competitiveness of the defense industry. Notes that WTO accession could be Russia's one of the crucial factors to ensure the competitiveness of the national economy on the domestic and foreign markets. Distinguished background development of defense industrial complex in the functioning of WTO.
