The article analyzes migration processes across Russian borders. The authors consider extensive information from foreign sources and analyze the appropriate foreign experience in order to make it applicable to the Russian circumstances. The paper reveals the appropriate laws and regulations in the CIS-countries in this respect. The authors conclude that the need the common economic space according to the recently adopted agreements on migration.
