This article discusses the ways of solutions of the rest problem in the Russian resorts. The author shows relevance of a considered subject. The paper defines and reveals the problems by means of innovative approaches. The author offers the cardinal directions of solution: introducing a system of penalties for violation of public order on the resort, creating a special unit to ensure the cleanliness for the rest; prohibition officials go on holiday abroad, introducing a system of rating hotels and holiday destinations.
