Criteria for evaluating the performance of the police of foreign countries

The main purpose of police reform is to increase the effectiveness of law enforcement system. An important task is to choose the criteria for effectiveness of law enforcement. Special value in the decision in this issue is the analysis of foreign experience. The article describes the indicators reflecting the effectiveness of foreign law systems: the number of employees, funding for law enforcement agencies, the dynamics of crime, public opinion.
