In article methodological aspects of an assessment of oil products supply assessment are considered. Еhis estimate is based on the author's technique of threats monitoring The purpose of the undertaken updating of methodology of monitoring of economic safety of Russia as the oil exporter is an anticipating risk management for ensuring efficiency of internal oil products supply and competitiveness of Russia’s oil cluster in the world market.
