The article considers socio-economic responsibility of business as an institution of development of national economics. The author reveals the problems and contradictions of convergence of endogenous institutional phenomena of traditional economy of Russia with exogenous system of the international standards of corporate social responsibility. The paper presents that a condition of effective integration of Russia in system of global capitalism are the formation of institutional and economic prerequisites of development of socially focused business.
