"Arab spring": possible implications for Russia

The article discusses the events of the "Arab Spring" through the prism of technology management radical forms of social protest for political purposes. The authors analyze the events of the "Arab Spring" as a "new edition" of "color revolutions" that will impact not only in the new country, but also those where at one time the "color revolutions" have not been successful, and the main contender for this development - Russia.
