The article from the standpoint of universal evolutionism formulated imperatives that the state should take into account in the design and implementation of a model of the national economy, justified the position that the social market economy is the most viable option for the model of a mixed economy of Russia, the necessity of the transition to the paradigm of holistic socio- oriented development.
