The assessment of a condition of innovative development of national economy of Russia

In the text the author offered system of indicators of an assessment of a condition of innovative development of economy of Russia. The analysis of their condition allowed to record discrepancy to a new paradigm of innovative development. It is reasoned that the national innovative system of Russia is satisfactory on "entrance" (resource providing) and is unsatisfactory at "exit" (efficiency of use). The main obstacles and ways of overcoming of an obstacle for increase of efficiency of national innovative system are revealed..
