The demographic situation in the border regions of southern Siberia

The article is devoted to the aspect of the demographic development of the border regions. People around the border has specific functions depending on the socio-economic conditions. Demographic problems reflect the territory belonging to the country, the development potential of labor depends on the maintenance of the contact role boundaries. Noted that the demographic situation in the border regions of southern Siberia in many ways reflects the contradictions of the transition period in Russia.
