New problem management strategies temporal behavior is characterized as professional communities to create optimal prerequisites for their functioning in contemporary Russian society. Considered professional community constituting postmodernizatsionny class and forming new temporal behavior strategy. Noted that the professional community, to which the activity of subjects of management, not passively perceive external impact, and actively respond to them.
