In the article it is described the existing problems in the field of ensuring the economic safety of the Russian securities market. The role of law enforcement agencies in the detection and disclosure of crimes in this area are defined. The recommendations on improvement of fight against the crimes committed on securities market, as the mechanism of providing economic security of Russia are offered.
