Now growth of technological modernization of an industrial economy of Russia, demanding new approaches to management which would provide sustainable innovative development is necessary. In the article investment activity of the state corporations in a certain territory, and also influence of this activity on sector and region development is investigated. On the basis of the carried-out analysis the associatively of development of the state corporations, hi-tech sectors and territories of an arrangement of the enterprises of the state corporations is proved.
