The article analyzes the development of the region. The authors present new forms of financing for investment projects. They note that investment projects are as important economic and social importance for the particular region. Sometimes the public-private partnership is the only way to finance investment projects. The sate needs help, which it finds in private investment. In turn, the business is interested in new facilities for investment.
