The diagnostics of state and prospects of sectors of generation of knowledge of economy of Russia at transition to innovative model of development

The author offers the system of the arguments proving that the innovative way of development of national economy in modern conditions is unique for Russia. Diagnostics of sectors of generation of knowledge (science, education, business), in focus of creation of alternative model of economic development, showe their inability to provide transition from the inertial script of development for the innovative. The possible way of development consists in: blocking of not innovative sources of economic development and stimulation of use of innovative sources, and first of all - human development.
