In the article sore complex problems of economy and the spatial organization of uluses of the Arctic zone of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) are considered. It is noted that the specified problems have negative impact on further social and economic development of all region. For improvement spatial and economic and social situation of the Arctic uluses authors suggest to carry out a complex of the actions which have taken place examination of all levels of the power.
